Delivery & Returns

At Crazy Angel we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you as quickly, safely and cost effectively as possible.


Please supply a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your parcel. We endeavour to despatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after midday on Friday and on weekends, will not be despatched until the following working days. All orders are despatched on a 2-3 day service, therefore please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:

The item you have chosen is in stock
The delivery address has been verified
Payment has been approved

We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order. Where an item is not in stock, we will advise you of the anticipated time for delivery (if such item will be available in future). Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Crazy Angel cannot take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.


You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 days after the delivery date, providing it is new, unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

If the products have already been posted to you, you must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the products within 30 days of which notice of cancellation was given.

We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used.

Please note we endeavour to replace any faulty items without delay.

Making returns

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We recommend that you send this recorded or proof of posting. All returns must have a returns authorisation number. To return any products to us, please email us at and we will provide you with a returns authorisation number.

If you are making an exchange, please give details of the item you wish to receive in exchange, i.e. item name, size. Exchanges are made subject to stock availability. Within 48 hours you will receive confirmation of your request. Please print this email and enclose it in the parcel along with a copy of your receipt. Please ensure the packaging you use to return the item to us is suitable for despatch (i.e. a jiffy bag if appropriate).

We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered packages.
